This Recotech Breakfast focus on the opportunities and threats of the green transition in the real estate and construction industry and how organisations can invest in climate tech and climate resilience. The event will feature presentations on the topic presented by European independent venture capital firm PT1 and one of the Finland's leading real estate asset management companies Sponda.
PT1 focuses on pre-seed and seed investments in transformative real asset technologies. Their Managing Director Nikolas Samios is a serial entrepreneur, long-time expert for transformational startups and venture capital and early sustainability advocate.
Sponda is known for specializing in owning, managing, developing and letting commercial properties in the largest cities across Finland. Johanna Mero-Petit is the ESG Manager at Sponda and in her role, she’s responsible for implementing Sponda's comprehensive Sustainability Programme within the real estate portfolio.
The event is open to all interested members of Rakli, and the invitation can be distributed within your organisation. We want to embrace networking and exchanging ideas among real estate professionals in the field, so we warmly welcome you to join us at Rakli’s office, Annankatu 24!
